Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, destination, and selected method.

Order Processing Time

• Website purchases: Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise communicated.
• Shopping trip finished jewelry purchases: These orders ship within 5 business days after Ulka returns home from the trip.
• Custom items: Custom orders typically require 3–6 weeks for processing and shipping, depending on design specifications. Ulka will provide estimated timelines during the design process.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering, as fees can vary and cannot be calculated by Ulka Rocks.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates can be viewed directly through the carrier’s website.
