Sterling silver (.925) is absolutely suitable for daily wear. It's a strong alloy that develops a beautiful patina over time. Many of my clients wear their sterling pieces every day for years.

Many pieces are truly one-of-a-kind due to unique stone combinations and natural gemstone variations. Other styles are produced in limited small batches. Since I use natural gemstones, each piece has unique color and character even within the same style. Once sold, most designs cannot be exactly replicated.
What materials does Ulka Rocks use?
I work primarily in sterling silver (.925) and 14k gold with natural precious and semi-precious gemstones. All pieces use genuine, untreated or disclosed-treatment gemstones. Each product page lists exact materials, gemstone details, and metal finish.
Can I request a custom design or modification?

How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock pieces ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Pieces from jewelry shows ship within a week after the event. Beaded necklaces take 3-4 weeks and custom designed pieces take 6-12 weeks before shipping. Email ulka@ulkarocks.com if timing is tight.
What is your return policy?
I have a 'Guarantee You'll Love It' 30-day return policy. Website purchases in original, unworn condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full refund. Finished jewelry bought at a show is eligible for store credit within 30 days, with full refunds considered case by case, and Live Sale, custom, and clearance pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. To start a return, email ulka@ulkarocks.com within 30 days. You cover return shipping, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days.
