Return and refund Policy


At Ulka Rocks, every piece is selected with intention, and we want you to love what you bring home. If for any reason you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we're happy to work with you under the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Website purchases: Fully refundable when initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • Finished jewelry purchased direct from an Ulka Rocks shopping trip to premier jewelry trade shows: Eligible for store credit when initiated within 14 days of receipt. Full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Live Sale, custom, and clearance items: Final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All returns must be initiated by contacting ulka@ulkarocks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of return approval.

After 14 days, refunds are no longer available, but store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Return Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Free of scratches, marks, or signs of wear
  • Returned with all original packaging and materials

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

This policy applies the U.S., Canada and other countries.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email ulka@ulkarocks.com to request a return.
  2. Once received, your item will be inspected and you'll receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund or store credit.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't shown up yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Confirm with your credit card company — posting times vary.
  • Allow a few business days for processing.
  • Still nothing? Email us at ulka@ulkarocks.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For items valued over $500, we strongly recommend tracked shipping or shipping insurance.
