You purchase what you want directly from this collection while I'm shopping the show floor. I'll get notified the moment your order comes in and reach out personally if there's any issue reserving your piece. Heads-up: nothing is held for us in advance, and thousands of buyers are walking the same venues, so pieces can move fast. If I can't secure your exact piece, you get a full refund.

Are Ulka Rocks jewelry pieces one-of-a-kind?
Many pieces are truly one-of-a-kind due to unique stone combinations and natural gemstone variations. Other styles are produced in limited small batches. Since I use natural gemstones, each piece has unique color and character even within the same style. Once sold, most designs cannot be exactly replicated.
What materials does Ulka offer?
I work primarily in sterling silver (.925) and 14k gold with natural precious and semi-precious gemstones. All pieces use natural gemstones with any treatments fully disclosed. Each product page lists exact materials, gemstone details, and metal finish.
Can I request a custom design or modification?
Absolutely! Tell me your preferred gemstones, colors, metal type, or design ideas and I'll create a personalized proposal with pricing and timeline. Custom jewelry typically takes 3-6 weeks. Email ulka@ulkarocks.com to get started.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock pieces ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Pieces from jewelry shows ship within a week after the event. Custom designs take 3-6 weeks before shipping. Email ulka@ulkarocks.com if timing is tight.
What is your return policy?
I offer a 30-day 'Guarantee You'll Love It' return policy. Non-custom items in original, unworn condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, no questions asked, full refund. Custom pieces are final sale unless there's a quality issue.
