How does shopping the show work?
You purchase what you want directly from this collection while I'm shopping the show floor. I'll get notified the moment your order comes in and reach out personally if there's any issue reserving your piece. Heads-up: nothing is held for us in advance, and thousands of buyers are walking the same venues, so pieces can move fast. If I can't secure your exact piece, you get a full refund.

Are the gemstones and diamonds genuine?
Yes. I work with natural precious and semi-precious gemstones and natural diamonds, all hand-selected by me at the shows, and I don't list anything I can't personally vouch for. Stones are treated per standard industry practice. For pieces over $5,000, I can arrange insurance appraisals for a fee. Just ask.
What metals do you use?
Most of my pieces are sterling silver (.925) or gold, including 14 karat yellow gold and 18 karat white gold. If a piece is gold-filled or gold vermeil (14k gold plating over sterling silver), I will always note it on the listing, so you'll know exactly what you're getting. Each product page lists the exact metal and finish.
Are Ulka Rocks jewelry pieces one-of-a-kind?
Many pieces are truly one-of-a-kind due to unique stone combinations and natural gemstone variations. Other styles are produced in limited small batches. Since I use natural gemstones, each piece has unique color and character even within the same style. Once sold, most designs cannot be exactly replicated.
Can I get a different size or length than what's shown?
Each listing shows the exact length or size of that piece. If you'd like a different size, it depends on what's available at the show and whether the piece can be adjusted, ordered, or made as a custom piece. For finished jewelry, a different size is usually something I order through my vendor. For beaded items, I can make them in any size you like, since they're custom, as long as the beads are available at the show. Can I request a custom design or modification?

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal and Venmo, along with the express options shown at checkout like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can split your purchase over time with Klarna, Affirm, Shop Pay, Sezzle, or PayPal, selected right at checkout. The number of payments and any interest are set by each provider, so you'll see the exact terms there. It's a wonderful way to collect a piece you love that's only available at the show: you get your jewelry right away and pay on a schedule.
How long does shipping take?
Every order ships fully insured and tracked, so your piece is protected the whole way. Most in-stock pieces ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. What is your return policy?
I offer a 30-day 'Guarantee You'll Love It' return policy. Non-custom items in original, unworn condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, no questions asked, full refund. Custom pieces are final sale unless there's a quality issue.
