Shipping Options & Delivery Costs We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout, and rates will be calculated based on the items in your cart.

Order Processing Time

• Website purchases: Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise communicated to you.

• Shopping trip finished jewelry purchases: These will be shipped within 5 business days after Ulka returns home from the trip.

• Custom items: Custom orders typically take 3-6 weeks for processing and shipping, depending on the design specifications. Ulka will discuss expected delivery times with you during the design process.

Delivery Address Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to modify the address once an order has been placed.

International Orders Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can sometimes be significant, and we are unable to calculate them for you.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the shipping carrier's website.
