Return Policy

At Ulka Rocks, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund but may provide store credit if the item is in its original condition.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Website purchases are fully refundable if returned within 30 days.

  • Finished jewelry purchased during a jewelry shopping trip are eligible for store credit only if returned within 30 days.

     

  • Live Sale, custom jewelry and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Return Process:

  1. Email refunds@ulkarocks.com to initiate a return request.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and confirm with your credit card provider.

  • Be aware that processing times vary among financial institutions.

  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at refunds@ulkarocks.com.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
